Staff mobility of Lodz University of Technology is implemented under Erasmus+ project KA171 and is co-financed by the European Union.
The project involves exchanges with selected universities in Partner Countries (the third countries not associated to the Programme) and is coordinated by the International Educational Projects Division operating in the International Cooperation Centre, TUL.
Academic and administrative staff of Lodz University of Technology may apply for participation and co-financing of the mobility activity within the framework of:
- targeted mobility activities- planned at the stage of submitting applications by TUL for the implementation of mobility projects with Partner Countries;
- mobility activities available through open qualification.
The scholarship is granted for one-week mobility to specific universities in partner countries with which Lodz University of Technology has signed Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreements. The employee's mobility may take place for the purpose of:
- teaching (academic staff),
- training (administrative and academic staff holding functional positions).
The individual support for the cost of the stay abroad as well as travel support is paid to the employee qualified for the mobility.
The individual support is paid for a period of 5 days stay at a foreign university and, depending on the availability of funds, for a maximum of 2 days of travel. The amount of individual support for each mobility is the same and amounts to EUR 180 per day. The grant is paid in Euro in the form of a transfer to a bank account.
The amount of the travel grant depends on the distance between the place of departure and the destination. To calculate the distance, a calculator available on the European Commission's website is used:
