In addition to the funds earmarked for mobility funding, HEIs involved in student or staff exchanges receive funding from the Erasmus+ programme for the so-called organisational support of mobility.

The funds allocated to Organisational Support can be used for activities linked to exchange promotion, linguistic preparation of the outgoing or incoming persons, as well as monitoring and support activities for participants during mobility.
