How to make changes to the study program, if necessary?

If you need to change the study program, fill in the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) on the platform https://learning-agreement.eu/ (https://learning-agreement.eu/) or alternatively complete the Changes to the Learning Agreemen (https://cwm.p.lodz.pl/sites/default/files/changes%2520to%2520LA_0.docx)t (https://cwm.p.lodz.pl/sites/default/files/learning-agreement-during-mobility-2021_en_0_0.docx) (in case the plaftorm is unavailable) within one month of arriving at a foreign university.

The changes must be approved by your Institutional Exchange Coordinator at TUL and signed by both Universities.
Students from outside IFE (different departments) need to receive also the signature of the Dean of your study programme at TUL.

As a final step the signed document must be provided to TUL Student Mobility Section (erasmus@info.p.lodz.pl (mailto:erasmus@info.p.lodz.pl))

How to extend your stay if you know you will stay "a while" longer?

If you know that you will stay longer than your Erasmus agreement defines –inform the Student Mobility Section during your stay (at least 30 days before the end date on your financial agreement) in order to issue an annex increasing the scholarship.

How to extend the stay from the winter semester to the summer semester?

In order to extend your stay, please submit to the Student Mobility Section:

• Learning Agreement (https://cwm.p.lodz.pl/sites/default/files/editable-higher-education-learning-agreement-studi%25287%2529_1.docx) - for the second semester approved by the Study Program Coordinator, Agreement Supervisor and the Dean;
• certificate from the partner university with the consent to extend the stay. The certificate should contain the date of the end of the stay in the second semester;
• Confirmation of Participation in classes in the first semester of stay abroad or Transcript of Records for the first semester.
