- if changes have occurred during the internship; send Changes - during the mobility.doc (https://cwm.p.lodz.pl/sites/default/files/Changes%2520-%2520during%2520the%2520mobility_3%25281%2529_0.doc) signed by the host institution to the Faculty Coordinator or Supervisor and Member of the Scientific Council and the Student Mobility Division.
