Within 14 days of the end of the traineeship:

• submit the traineeship report signed by the Host Institution to the Faculty Coordinator or Member of the Scientific Council together with the Traineeship Certificate;
• submit scan version of TC (https://cwm.p.lodz.pl/sites/default/files/TC_1%25281%2529.doc) after the internship to the Student Mobility Division and the original to the Dean's Office/IFE Student Office or IDS Office;
• submit the Beneficiary's report, which will be sent to your TUL e-mail address;
