From March 24-28, 2025, Lodz University of Technology invites its students to take part in the Emotional Intelligence Week, which will be held in The Netherlands, at the University of Groningen.

Why participate?

Emotional intelligence plays a key role in building an inclusive environment at universities, and we believe that every university can be a discrimination-free place. That's why we have planned a series of inspiring activities to help you:

• Become a more aware and involved member of the academic community: by playing the EQUNI board game, created as part of the Erasmus+ project, you will explore examples of discriminatory situations and learn how to counteract them.
• Develop empathy and communication skills: you will learn how to recognize emotions of others, effectively express your own needs, and build relationships based on understanding.
• Get inspired to take action: together with students from the University of Groningen and the University of Algarve, you will develop ideas for university initiatives that promote diversity and inclusivity.
• Get to know Groningen and the hosting university: together with your peers, you will participate in a field trip and an Education Festival.

Please read the document carefully before submitting your application.

Before completing the form, make sure you have read the regulations and meet the formal criteria to participate in the Emotional Intelligence Week.
