• Mobility of individuals in the field of higher education – 19 February 2026 (Applications on behalf of Lodz University of Technology will be submitted by the International Cooperation Centre)
• Cooperation Partnerships – 5 March 2026
• Erasmus Mundus Action – 12 February 2026
• Alliances for Innovation – 10 March 2026
• Capacity Building in Higher Education – 10 February 2026

Please note that for selected Erasmus+ Actions, limits have been introduced regarding the number of applications involving a given institution, including:

• Cooperation Partnerships – For applications submitted to National Agencies in sectors other than higher education (adult education, vocational education and training, school education, and youth), the same organization (one OID) cannot be involved in more than 10 applications in a given deadline, either as applicant or partner. This maximum number includes all applications submitted under Cooperation Partnerships across all these sectors combined.
• Capacity Building in Higher Education – An organization cannot act as coordinator in more than 2 applications submitted under the announced call.

Units of Lodz University of Technology planning to submit a project proposal under the Erasmus+ Programme, either as coordinator or partner, are required to:

• inform the International Educational Projects and Rankings Division (International Cooperation Centre) by email, phone, or in person: Żwirki 36, building A16, 1st floor, room 110, tel. (42) 638 38 73, eduprojects@info.p.lodz.pl (mailto:eduprojects@info.p.lodz.pl) Please contact the ICC team well in advance to ensure smooth coordination of the university’s participation in project consortia, especially regarding programme limits and planned initiatives involving partners from ECIU (European Consortium of Innovative Universities).
• register the application in the Project Management Module available on Wikamp, no later than 5 working days before the call deadline (in accordance with Rector’s Ordinance No. 05/2022 of 20 January 2022 on the preparation and implementation of externally funded projects at Lodz University of Technology).
• submit application documents such as the Declaration of Honour or Mandate to ICC’s International Educational Projects and Rankings Division for signature by the university authorities.
