Recruitment for long-term mobility under the Erasmus + programme
Schedule of recruitment for student mobility of TUL students studying at a foreign university under the Erasmus+ Programme for programme and partner countries of regions 13 and 14 in the academic year 2024/25.
I. Recruitment
04.03- 08.03 - language examination at the TUL Language Centre - registration via www.cj.p.lodz.pl
If you have already had a certification in your study program or you have another certificate - you do not need to take this exam.
04.03- 15.03 - students submit to the TUL Language Centre certificates from outside TUL confirming knowledge of a foreign language (lukasz.wodarczyk@p.lodz.pl). Students who have taken a foreign language exam at the TUL Language Centre should not apply to the TUL Language Centre for a grade.
04.03- 17.03 – students registration and selection of universities in the mobility.p.lodz.pl system;
by 15.03 - consultations with the Programme Coordinator.
Note: When you actively participate in university community or have any additional achievements for the university, please send a confirmation to erasmus@info.p.lodz.pl until 17.03 in order to achieve additional assessment points in subjective assessment.
18.03 - 28.03 - Dean's office employees enter average student grades;
18.03 - 28.03 - TUL Language Centre employees enter foreign language grades;
18.03 - 28.03 - The Student Mobility Division enters subjective assessments into the mobility.p.lodz.pl system;

II. Recruitment
15.04 – 19.04 - language examination at the TUL Language Centre - registration via: www.cj.p.lodz.pl (ATTENTION - the date of English exam - 15.04 at TUL LC)
If you have already had a certification in your study program or you have another certificate - you do not need to take this exam.
15.04 – 28.04 – students registration and selection of universities in the mobility.p.lodz.pl system;
15.04 – 26.04 - students submit to the TUL Language Centre certificates from outside TUL confirming knowledge of a foreign language (lukasz.wodarczyk@p.lodz.pl). Students who have taken a foreign language exam at the TUL Language Centre should not apply to the TUL Language Centre for a grade.
