The qualification process for mobilities under the agreement number 2024-1-PL01-KA131-HED-000225568 is carried out according to the following schedule:

1st call

03.03.2025 - 28.03.2025 – submitting applications

31.03.2025 - 04.04.2025 – verification of submitted applications

07.04.2025 - 17.04.2025 – Qualification Committee meetings

by 30.04.2025 – announcement of the results

2nd call

05.05.2025 - 30.05.2025 – submitting applications

02.06.2025 - 06.06.2025 – verification of submitted applications

09.06.2025 - 18.06.2025 – Qualification Committee meetings

by 30.06.2025 – announcement of the results

3rd call

06.10.2025 - 31.10.2025 – submitting applications

03.11.2025 - 07.11.2025 – verification of submitted applications

12.11.2025 - 21.11.2025 – Qualification Committee meetings

by 28.11.2025 – announcement of the results

The university reserves the right to make changes to the schedule.

All staff mobilities under the agreement 2024-1-PL01-KA131-HED-000225568 must be completed by July 15, 2026.

The staff member applying for a mobility within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme is obliged to use current templates of documents (https://cwm.p.lodz.pl/en/staff-mobility/erasmus-programme/erasmus-programme-countries/documents-download).

The same person can complete a maximum of 2 mobilities for training purposes.
