Staff mobility is implemented under the Erasmus+ Programme, KA171 project, and is co-funded by the European Union.
The project involves staff exchanges with universities from Partner Countries (third countries not associated to the programme, regions 1-12) and is coordinated by the International Educational Projects and Rankings Division.
Participation in staff mobility may take place if the visits have been planned at the time of submitting the university-wide application by Lodz University of Technology (TUL).
Incoming visits under the Erasmus+ KA171 programme enable short-term stays for teaching or training purposes.
Staff exchanges may only take place if funding has been granted for the relevant project and the conditions of cooperation have been defined.
Participants receive EU funding as a contribution to travel and subsistence costs incurred during their stay abroad, including individual and travel support.
Before implementing incoming mobility, it is necessary to conclude an inter-institutional agreement between partner universities and TUL.
Each planned visit of a staff member from a partner university should be reported by the inviting person to the International Educational Projects and Rankings Division at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.
