Announcement - changes in the organization of the academic year 2019/2020

Announcement No 14/2020 of the Rector of TUL of 1 June 2020 issued on the basis of Ordinance No. 21/2020 of the Rector of TUL of 9 March 2020 regarding specific measures related to the prevention, combat and counteraction of the SARS-CoV-2 virus at Lodz University of Technology

In Announcement No. 11/2020 of the Rector of Lodz University of Technology of 21 May 2020 concerning a change in the organisation of the academic year 2019/2020 at Lodz University of Technology, in Appendix No. 3, the table "Obligatory deadlines in force at Lodz University of Technology in the summer semester of the academic year 2019/2020" is replaced by the following:

Deadline for taking the academic oath for students starting their studies in the summer semester - 31.03.2020r.

Deadline for submitting the diploma thesis in the summer semester - 16.09.2020r.

25.09.2020 – at 2:00 pm Deadline for entering grades into the ZTN. The ZTN Terminal is blocked

25.09.2020 - at 2:01 pm Generating exam protocols through the ZSID system

25.09.2020 - at 2:01 pm Verification of grades by students. Changes in grades made at the Dean's offices Printing the protocols by the teachers

29:09.2020 - at 12:00 pm Deadline for checking grades and entering changes to the ZSID system

29.09.2020 – at 2:00 pm The deadline for delivering the protocols to the Deans' offices or accepting changes in the protocols

30.09.2020 - at 9:00 am Automatic settlement of the academic year and making registrations decisions printing out periodic student achievement cards

From 1.10.2020 - at 08:00 am Approval of periodic student achievement cards. Individual registration decisions made by the Vice-Deans

This announcement enters into force on 1 June 2020.
