The call for applications for overseas mobility funding NAWA STER for doctoral students is now open.

In the first edition of the call, 20 mobilities to foreign scientific/artistic centres all over the world are planned for PhD students of the ISD PŁ. Mobilities can last for 1, 2 or 3 full months.
 

Mobility implementation period: 1 October 2025. - 30 September 2026.
 

Project funding covers - depending on the country:
- travel costs from 1,000 to 6,500 PLN
- living and accommodation costs from 4,000 to 12,000 PLN per month.

Program STER is implemented by Lodz University of Technology under an agreement with the National Agency for Academic Exchange number BPI/STE/2024/1/00003 and financed in the frames of the project entitled: “IMPROVE - International Mission to Promote Research
and Optimal Values in Education”. Task 2 “Crossing borders and horizons” is aimed at best doctoral candidates from Poland and abroad, pursuing training at the doctoral school.
 

The main objective of the project is to increase the internationalisation of IDS of TUL, and the objective of the task 2 – to increase the international mobility of doctoral students pursuing their education at the IDS of TUL.
