The funding of over €232,000 will enable two-way exchanges with partner universities in 18 countries. The project includes universities from countries such as Albania, Bangladesh, Brazil, Bhutan, Montenegro, Georgia, Honduras, India, Iran, Israel, Canada, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Singapore, El Salvador, South Africa, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. As part of the project, students can spend one semester studying or undertaking traineeship at particular partner university. Academic and administrative staff are offered week-long teaching or training mobility. Mobility activities are a great opportunity to exchange experience, establish valuable contacts and develop international cooperation. The bilateral nature of the Programme also makes it possible to invite esteemed academics to give lectures, workshops or training courses using modern educational methods.
Still, the Erasmus+ KA171 project with countries outside the EU under the 2022 agreement is being carried out. Mobility activities, which have been implemented so far, have undoubtedly contributed to the development of educational and research cooperation and joint initiatives with academic centers in partner countries.
We hope that the next edition of the Erasmus+ Programme for the years 2023-2026 will also bring new international initiatives.
