The main goal of the CEEPUS agreement ("Central European Exchange Program for University Studies") is to support academic exchange. Current member countries include: Albania, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, and Slovenia. Universities in Pristina, Prizren, Peja, and others also participate.
The CEEPUS program offers:
- Short-term scholarships for research internships within Academic Networks;
- Short-term scholarships for research internships under the Freemover scheme;
- Short-term scholarships for summer schools and intensive courses.
Foreign scholarships within CEEPUS are available to:
- Students;
- Doctoral students;
- Academic staff.

The Vulcanus in Japan program is a prestigious internship program for students of technical universities from the European Union, organized by the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation. It allows students to undertake a one-year paid internship in Japan at leading Japanese technology companies, such as Sony, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, and others.

The aim of the Taiwan-Europe Connectivity Scholarship program is to strengthen academic ties between Taiwanese and European universities through inter-university partnerships.
Eligible applicants:
- Students enrolled at universities in Poland, Slovakia, Switzerland, Finland, Lithuania, or North Macedonia;
- Individuals who do not hold citizenship of China (including Hong Kong and Macau) or Taiwan;
- Individuals who have not previously received this scholarship;
- Individuals who are not currently in Taiwan and do not plan to visit Taiwan in 2025.

The International Visegrad Fund offers master’s and postgraduate scholarships awarded to selected students for 1 or 2 semesters (for master’s scholarships under the In-Coming program, the scholarship may be granted for 1 to 4 semesters).
Applicants must be citizens of the following countries and territories: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Georgia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Ukraine, and Hungary. At the time of application, all candidates must have completed at least 4 semesters of studies.
