Staff, students, or doctoral candidates of Lodz University of Technology may submit proposals for international cooperation. Each initiative must primarily focus on opportunities for TUL students.
Cooperation proposal submission procedure:
- Please fill out the cooperation agreement application
(in particular, please be sure to include a link to the English-taught study programmes available for exchange students) - Obtain an opinion from the relevant International Exchange Coordinator of the Study Programme Council
(a separate opinion for each field of study covered by the planned collaboration) - Submit your application along with the opinion(s) to TUL International Cooperation Centre: agreements@info.p.lodz.pl (please do not print the documents – an electronic copy is sufficient)
- The application is forwarded to the TUL Institutional Erasmus+ Programme Coordinator for further review and a decision.
If the initiative to establish cooperation comes from a foreign institution, a separate procedure applies.
❗ Please remember to submit your proposal for cooperation well in advance – the signing process involves not only TUL’s internal procedures, but also communication with the foreign university, its internal procedures, and technical issues related to the method of signing the agreement.
