Students interested in going to a university in a Partner Country should check the availability of places in a given academic year with the International Cooperation Centre (Division of International Educational Projects) or via this website.
Then the student contacts the designated Faculty Coordinator for the given agreement with the Partner Country university (or the International Educational Projects Section if there is no designated Faculty Coordinator for the given agreement). The qualification of students for the mobility is carried out by the Faculty Agreement Coordinators.
Each student qualified for Erasmus+ mobility completes and submits to the International Educational Projects Section the following documents signed by the interested parties:
- Student application for permission to go abroad or application of a doctoral student for permission to go abroad
- Application Form (model form used if the foreign university does not have its own form)
- Transcript of Records (or Diploma Supplement to the first cycle of studies)
- Learning Agreement for Studies Fill in only the ‘Before the mobility' section. The content should be agreed with the Faculty Coordinator of the given Agreement and the Faculty Coordinator of the studies/field of study. NOTE: If a foreign university has a different LAS form, please make sure that it also contains a part with Table B (there is no need to fill in the TUL model form).
