After the return, the student should submit confirmation of the duration of the stay as well as the grades and ECTS credits obtained.
The confirmation should be issued on the host university's letterhead. The student should settle the mobility at the Dean's Office, by submitting the original Transcript of Records received from a foreign university and filling in the documents required by the Dean's Office. The student submits a copy of the Transcript of Records to the International Educational Projects Section.
The student should also fill in the "Individual Participant Report" in the Mobility Tool+ system (the student will receive a link to the questionnaire in correspondence generated by the system).
After the student settles the mobility, the second instalment (30%) of the scholarship is paid.
