Your Home University should notify Lodz University of Technology of your arrival so that we can inform you about the double degree programme enrolment procedure.
To enroll for the Double Degree programme at the International Faculty of Engineering (IFE) of Lodz University of Technology (TUL), students should register online on the platform: www.mobility.p.lodz.pl/in. All candidates should fill in the platform, print the application documents and send them signed by the Home University to the Student Mobility Division. We accept originals of the documents as well as the scanned versions.
Documents
A set of application documents should contain:
- Application Form (printed from the online platform and signed by the home university)
- Application Form for the Double Degree programme (received from the Student Mobility Division of TUL by e-mail),
- Learning Agreement conform with the list of courses included in the double degree agreement
- Transcript of Records (issued by the Home University)
- Certificate confirming completion of secondary education (in the case of application for Bachelor)
- Bachelor degree certificate (in the case of application for Master studies)
- Copy of English Language certificate
- Your current photo (in compliance with the requirements for the issuance of an ID card)
- Copy of your passport and/or ID card
- Copy of your health insurance card valid for your stay in Poland
- Copy of your civil liability insurance and personal accident insurance valid for your stay in Poland
Important dates
30 June – deadline for submitting application documents.
Copies of health insurance, civil liability insurance and personal accident insurance can be sent at a later date.
