The International Cooperation Centre of TUL invites the employees of Lodz University of Technology to participate in the qualification for international mobility for teaching or training purposes.

We would like to kindly inform that the recruitment is currently ongoing for 2 programmes:

1. Erasmus+ (KA131 project)
2. The Education Programme (the European Economic Area funds)

The deadline for applications is  5 February, 2023.

"Guiding foreign guests around the campus of Lodz University of Technology and the surrounding area" is a training within the project: Organization of a Welcome Point – a point of service dedicated to foreign students and staff at Lodz University of Technology within the Welcome to Poland 2021 program, which is implemented by the National Agency for Academic Exchange and co-financed by the European Social Funds within the Knowledge Education Development Operational Program.  

The training had a workshop character and was conducted solely in English. The training took place on December 12 and 13, 2022: 

• On December 12, 2022, the theoretical part of the training was organized in the building of the Center for International Cooperation, there was also a coffee break lasting 30 minutes, which started at 12:00 in the same building in the buffet. 
• On December 13, 2022, practical classes were held in groups: 1st group at 8:00 - 12:00, 2nd group at 12:00 - 16:00. Due to the great challenge posed by the weather (snow and frost), the participants prepared adequate clothing: warm and comfortable shoes and warm and rain/snow clothes. 

The training program covered a complete range of knowledge, including issues in the field of: an outline of information about the monuments of Łódź (including historic buildings on the campus of Lodz University of Technology) and guided tours around the campus of Lodz University of Technology and its surroundings.

Tomas Bata University in Zlín invites administrative and academic staff to 10^th International Staff Week from the 24th until the 28th April 2023.

The programme is intended for both representatives of International Offices and teachers giving lectures (teachers can apply for STA separately at faculties) and will include presentations, discussions, and social events (available to teachers as well). The International Week also gives the participants the opportunity to broaden and strengthen cooperation between partner institutions.

The University of Málaga invites academic and administrative staff to 12th Erasmus+ Staff Week.

The organiser will offer two editions (with identical content) in two different dates:

• A Winter Staff Week: which will be held from 13th to 17th February 2023. Registration is open till 18^th December, 2022
• A Spring Staff Week: which will be held from 8th to 12th May 2023. Registration is open till 1st March, 2023

Windesheim University of Applied Sciences invites administrative and academic staff to participate in International Staff Week which will take place on 24th – 28th April, 2023 in Zwolle. The programme pays attention to the major societal changes we are experiencing as part of the Sustainable Development Goals.

The support is directed to people with Ukrainian citizenship who came to Poland no earlier than February 24, 2022 and who were students of Ukrainian universities in the academic year 2021/2022.

Application for scholarship

The application deadline for the second call is November 10th.

The action is implemented under the PROM project co-financed by the European Social Fund from the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development. Funds for its implementation were granted to our university by the National Agency for Academic Exchange.
