The Welcome Point, located within the International Cooperation Centre, serves as a dedicated contact point for international guests visiting Lodz University of Technology (TUL).
Welcome Point of TUL is a university-wide service and information center for foreigners. It is staffed by highly qualified personnel and equipped with essential resources, including informational materials. The establishment of this service point is a result of a project implemented by the International Cooperation Center of Lodz University of Technology as part of the “Welcome to Poland 2021” program from May 2022 to April 2023. The program was carried out by the National Agency for Academic Exchange and co-financed by the European Social Fund under the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development. The project aimed to enhance the institutional capacity of Lodz Univerasity of Technology (TUL) in internationalization by creating the “Welcome Point of TUL” to assist foreign students, staff, and guests. It also focused on improving the competencies of the International Cooperation Center staff in this area.
